29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On or about January 14, 2015 and times prior, subcontractor employees were exposed to injury from falls to the lower surface. The employer did not ensure that a competent person conducted an inspection of the jobsite to ensure that a fall protection system was utilized by employees working on a roof greater than six feet to the lower surface. The Rocky Mountain Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 190497, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on March 14, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 333 South Federal Blvd., Denver, CO 80205.
