(a) South gable side, new residential construction located at 3005 Evelyn Lane, Milton, GA 30004: Employees were exposed to potential eye injuries while operating pneumatic Hitachi siding and finish nail guns between 120 and 140 PSI with no protective eyewear.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) South gable side, new residential construction located at 3005 Evelyn Lane, Milton, GA 30004: Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 19-feet, 6-inches while installing Hardie-Plank Lap Siding from a ladder jack scaffold platform with no fall protection system in place. Emmanuel Construction Services, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975601, citation number 1, item number 3and was affirmed as a final order on 07/08/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3708 Thackary Drive, Powder Springs, GA 30127.
