29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  On or about January 15, 2015, eight employees working in the warehouse arranging merchandise, loading and unloading trucks were exposed to a fire and smoke inhalation hazard when some of the exit door were locked or blocked, to include, but not limited to the following:  a. At the front entrance, the emergency exit was locked using a bicycle lock.  b. On the north side of the building  in section A48, the emergency exit was blocked with merchandise.  c. On the south side of the building, the exit was blocked with merchandise.  d. On the south side of the building, the exit was partially blocked with merchandise  e. On the  north side of the building, west of area A48, the emergency exit was blocked with merchandise.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":   On or about January 15, 2015, eight employees working in the warehouse arranging merchandise, loading and unloading trucks were exposed to a fire and smoke inhalation hazard when some of the exit doors were not clearly marked, to include, but not limited to the following:  a. At the front entrance, the emergency exits' lighting and marking had been removed and never replaced.  b. On the north side of the building  in section A48, the emergency exits' lighting and marking had been removed and never replaced.  c. On the south side of the building, the emergency exits' lighting and marking had been removed and never replaced.  d. On the south side of the building, the emergency exits' lighting and marking had been removed and never replaced.  e. On the  north side of the building, west of area A48, the emergency exits' lighting and marking had been removed and never replaced.
