29 CFR 1910.176(b):Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Warehouse section located at 503 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, in Savannah, GA: On or about 8/10/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, boxes of merchandise were not properly stacked and/or secured to prevent sliding and collapse. Factory Direct Wholesale, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1630348, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on 5/9/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 503 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, #200, Savannah, GA.
