29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: MAIN PRODUCTION AREA AND BOILER ROOM: On or about January 23, 2015, and at time prior thereto, employees were exposed to the health hazard of Steam Dragon (Potassium hydroxide) and StreeTAN (TRADE SECRET), both of which requiring neoprene gloves and safety glasses that were not provided by the employer. Zareena Investments Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957555, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2725 Pat Booker Rd, Universal City, TX 78148.
