29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: (a) Pipe Plant - On or about March 18, 2015, The operator of the Hawk Eye Vibrator was exposed to continuous noise at 161.7% of the permissible daily noise (eight hour time weighted average sound level of 90 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 93 decibels during the 406 minutes sampling period on March 18, 2015. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled.
