On or about January 24, 2017, at the Design Precast plant, Arnaudville, Louisiana; the employer did not ensure that containers consisting of hazardous materials were properly stored at the site. 50-gallon drums of petroleum liquids were kept outside and exposed to excessive heat/temperatures.

The employees are exposed to chemicals that include but are not limited to: Alumina Oxide, Iron Oxide, Silica Oxide, Calcium Oxide, Calcium and Magnesium Sulfates and other corrosives.
