NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THIS ITEM.

29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders as necessary, enabling each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. On or about 1/16/2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were climbing an aluminum telescopic multiladder which was not secured at the top to prevent displacement, exposing the employees to a 10 feet fall hazard. NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THIS ITEM.
