29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1): Gear(s) were not guarded by a complete enclosure or by one of the methods specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1)(ii) and (f)(1)(iii):  a)  Employees operating the 60 ton Verson press brake in building 2 were exposed to struck-by hazards due to no guard being provided for the rotating gear on the left side of the machine.  The exposed rotating gear area was between 72 inches to 84 inches from the ground and was approximately 6 inches wide.  b)  Employees operating the 60 ton Verson press brake in building 2 were exposed to struck-by hazards due to no guard being provided for the rotating gear extending outward from the flywheel guard, on the right side of the machine.  The exposed rotating gear area was between 72 inches to 84 inches from the ground and was approximately 10 inches wide.
