Employees were walking along the wall around the steel that was unguarded. The reinforcing steel was approximately 18 inches in height.

Employees were installing sheathing on the roof of a new residential home with a 5:12 pitch. The eave to ground height was approximately  23 feet and the employees had no fall protection system in place.   b) For employees working at the site located at 2203 East Davis Street in Tampa, as observed on or about January 21, 2015. Employees were installing floor joists in the new residential home at a height over 6 feet and the employees had no fall protection system in place. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet 6 inches.  c) For employees working at the site located at 2203 East Davis Street in Tampa, as observed on or about January 21, 2015. Employees were working on the second floor of the new construction residential home that had an unguarded window opening. The window opening to ground height was approximately 16 feet.  All Coast Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982322, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/15/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5226 Admiral Pointe Drive, Apollo Beach, FL, 33572.
