29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Inside of the maintenance shop, specifically the welding area, a single cylinder of argon was positioned in an upright, unsecured manner.

29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(2)(i): The employer did not provide appropriate information and training for all employees exposed to chromium (VI), in that employees could not demonstrate knowledge of the following: a/ Contents of the Chromium (VI) standard, 29 CFR 1910.1026, b/ Purpose and a description of the medical surveillance program required by paragraph (k) of this section, and c/ The employer shall make a copy of this section readily available without cost to all affected employees. Inside of the maintenance shop, specifically the welding area, for employees who performed TIG, MIG, and spot welding on stainless steel intermittently, training on hexavalent chromium had not been conducted.
