29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level: BUILDING 29, POWER PLANT: As required by the referenced standard and 29 CFR 1960.8(b): On or about February 4, 2015, no initial determination had been conducted to identify whether employees of the power plant were exposed to lead at or above the action level of 0.030 mg per cubic meter. Chipping lead-based paint was observed on and around hand rails, stairs, and walls.
