29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: a) On February 11, 2015, around the porch at the second level on the back of the house, the tubular welded frame scaffold platform was not fully planked as there were a triangle shaped area of about 22 by 53 inches and a square shaped area of about 22 by 22 inches without planking, exposing employees to the hazards of falling about 11.75 feet to the ground below.
