29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) Stairway inside the building: On or about April 13, 2015, and at times prior thereto, there was no stair rail system along the unprotected side. There were 18 risers to a second floor and employee was exposed to possible fall-related injuries.
