29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables shall not be used: a) On February 12, 2015, near the backside exterior of the house, the outside insulation was pulled away from the receptacle on an extension cord that provided power to a 110 VAC Ridgid circular saw used to cut lumber for concrete formwork.
