29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501. a) Jobsite: Center building - No means of fall protection was used to protect employees from falling off the unprotected open sides and edges of the residential construction building.
