29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite, 740 South Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA - Employees performing framing operations, were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately twenty three feet, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems. Observed on or about 4/27/15.
