29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by net system, guardrail systems, safety or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about February 11, 2015, employee engaged in framing activities greater than 6 feet above lower (concrete foundation) level were not protected by net system, guardrail systems, safety or personal fall arrest system. Employee was exposed to the hazard of falls. The JCO Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 942227, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 27, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 9109 N 96th East Ave., Owasso, OK 74055. The JCO Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314932310, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 8421 N 76th E.
