29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Roof Top Front Right and Left Corner - Two workers were on the roof of the structure in the early stages of construction. The workers were attaching wood trim around the edge, neither worker was protected from falling approximately 50' to the ground and scrap materials below, on or about 2/25/2015. Abatement certification and documentation are required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.The documentation shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
