29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):"Steep roofs." Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a. At 15112 Sandpiper Court, #53, Captiva FL 33924, On or about 03/23/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet, in that, fall protection was not used while engaged in roofing activities while working and standing on the roof.
