NJ Site: Warehouse. The temporary agency employer did not develop, document and certify a hazard assessment to identify potential hazards temporary employees would be exposed to. Temporary employees were hired to work at Tory Burch LLC where they were exposed to hazards associated with (including but not limited to) handling packages/boxes, operations involving powered industrial trucks, baler and conveyor equipment.    Observed on/or about 2/25/2015.
