29 CFR 1926.351(b)(2): Welding cable(s) in use were not free from improper repair or splices for a minimum distance of 10 feet from the cable end to which the electrode holder was connected: a) Fort Lee Army Base, AIT Barrack 600 Building: On or about 03/03/2015, a welding cable being utilized for work activities was observed with tape applied over the exposed electrical wiring, thus exposing an employee to a possible electrical shock hazard. No abatement certification or documentation required.
