29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Saguaro Wildland Fire Module, 12661 E. Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ - Break/Copier Room: On or about 10 March 2015 and at times prior thereto, a high current draw, 1500 watt, Cuisinart Toaster Oven was plugged into a Relocatable Power Tap (power strip). (b) Saguaro Wildland Fire Module, 12661 E. Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ - Break/Copier Room: On or about 10 March 2015 and at times prior thereto, a Kenmore Refrigerator was plugged into a Relocatable Power Tap (power strip). (c) Saguaro Wildland Fire Module, 12661 E. Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ - Conference Room: On or about 10 March 2015 and at times prior thereto, a Relocatable Power Tap (power strip) was plugged into a 6-outlet extension cord. (d) Saguaro Wildland Fire Module, 12661 E. Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ - Entry Area: On or about 10 March 2015 and at times prior thereto, a Bunn Coffee Maker and an Avarti Refrigerator were plugged into a Relocatable Power Tap (power strip). The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992639, citation number 1, item number 11 and was affirmed as a final order on 02 February 2015, with respect to the Grand Canyon HQ workplace located at 20 South Entrance Road, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023.
