The National Parks Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994168, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 03 February 2015, with respect to the South Rim Waste Water Treatment Plant workplace located at 1 Rowe Well Road, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023.
