The standard specification for this container (ANSI/ASTM F285) was not a recognized test standard and the test laboratory (TSG) was not a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL).

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and automatic start up. (a) Carpenter Shop: On or about May 4, 2016 the chuck on the Delta 17-900 drill press was not guarded to protect employees from exposure to the rotating chuck.
