29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.  (a) At the Joshua tree National Park Visitor Center, the employee break room had boxes and other materials haphazardly stored and was not orderly.  The National Park Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315884049 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/16/2011, with respect to a workplace located at NPS Haleakala National Park, Makawao, HI 96768.

The National Park Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 309097525, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/22/2010, with respect to a workplace located at NPS, North Cascades Complex, 7280 Ranger Station Rd., Marble Mount, WA98267.

The National Park Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1901.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 301511085, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/03/2010, with respect to a workplace located at NPS 3501 Old Nashville Hi-Way, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.  The National Park Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1901.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314899253, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/12/2011, with respect to a workplace located at NPS, San Juan American Camp Vc, 4668 Cattle Point Road, Friday Harbor, WA 98250.
