29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in bathrooms or on rooftops shall have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel.  (a) At the Law Enforcement Protection Bldg. Restrooms, the energized wall outlet receptacle did not have ground fault circuit interruption protection.

29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points.  (a) At the Oasis Visitor Center, the exit access was obstructed by the desk and the metal file cabinet.  The National Park Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 309097525, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/22/2010, with respect to a workplace located at NPS, North Cascades Complex, 7280 Ranger Station Rd., Marble Mount, WA98267.

29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly.  (a) At the Law Enforcement Protection Bldg., the portable fire extinguisher was not inspected monthly, the last inspection date was January 2013.   The National Park Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1901.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 301511085, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/03/2010, with respect to a workplace located at NPS 3501 Old Nashville Hi-Way, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.  The National Park Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1901.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314899253, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/12/2011, with respect to a workplace located at NPS, San Juan American Camp Vc, 4668 Cattle Point Road, Friday Harbor, WA 98250.
