29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident.  (a) At the Cottonwood Visitor Center, not all the circuit breakers were labeled in the electrical power panel to indicate their purpose.

29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly.  (a) At the Joshua Tree Cottonwood Visitor Center, the portable fire extinguisher was not inspected monthly, the last inspection date was April 2014.  (b) At the Joshua Tree Cottonwood Visitor Center Admin/Interpretation Office, the portable fire extinguisher was not inspected monthly, the last inspection date was July 2014.  The National Park Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1901.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 301511085, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/03/2010, with respect to a workplace located at NPS 3501 Old Nashville Hi-Way, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling.  (a) At the Admin/Interpretation Office, a re-locatable power tap was used to plug in a microwave oven and a laminator creating electrical hazards.  The National Park Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314899279, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/14/2011, with respect to a workplace located at NPS, North Cascades Headquarters, 810 State Route 20, Sedro Woolley, WA 98284.  The National Park Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 309098259, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/13/2010, with respect to a workplace located at NPS, Lake Chelan Warehouses, Company Creek Road, Stehekin, WA 98852.
