On 3/4/15 an employee received a laceration to their left middle finger which resulted in 7 days away from work.   b)  Northland Filter International, LLC, on or about 3/4/15:  The employer did not record a work-related injury that resulted in days away from work and medical treatment.  On 3/4/15 an employee received a laceration to their left thumb which resulted in 1 day away from work.
