29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used:  a) Urethane application area, on or about 4/22/15: Urethane applicators were not provided with training on personal protective equipment and work practice controls that would eliminate skin contact with adhesives and other chemicals containing containing 4,4 Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate (MDI).  abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
