29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new chemical hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Northland Filter International LLC, 249 Mitchell Street, Oswego, NY. On or about August 15, 2024, the employer did not provide each each employee with training on hazard communication for hazardous chemicals in the area, including HB Fuller Silaprene, WM Barr Goof Off Professional Strength, and Polyset Urethane. According to the Safety Data Sheets, these hazardous chemicals are irritants and flammables.
