Potentially hazardous energy sources include the following: electricity, hydraulic energy, thermal energy or gravity. General Aluminum Manufacturing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 147(d)(4)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943017, citation number 02, item number 1(b) and was affirmed as a final order on May 18, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 1370 Chamberlain Blvd., Conneaut, OH 44030.
