29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about 10/27/15, the horizontal drills located in the Knockout department, were inadequately guarded and did not prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the drill's operating cycle(s). General Aluminum Manufacturing Company dba Park Ohio Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR. 1910.212 (a) (3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943017, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on May 18,2015 with respect to a workplace located at 1370 Chamberlain Blvd., Conneaut, OH 44030.
