Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   (a)  J.J. Construction, at 5100 Ronald Reagan Blvd., Johnstown, CO 80534; On and before March 30th, 2015, the exposing employer failed to provide adequate fall protective measures for three employees conducting framing work on the second deck of Building I.  The condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet as they set the floor joists in preparation for wood decking to follow.
