Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 1910.6: Maintenance Shop: On, or about, April 17, 2015, a SpeedAire 5 gallon air carry tank was used a few times per month for conveyor scraper maintenance. The tank did not meet American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) codes for pressurized vessels.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B): Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle supplied a total cord and plug connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4: Maintenance Shop: On, or about, April 17, 2015, a Holiday chest freezer and Innowave water cooler were energized through a 15 ampere relocatable power tap. The combined load on the power tap was approximately 13.8 amperes, which exceeded the allowable load of 80% of the device, or 12 amperes.
