29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: a) On or about 04/10/15, during the renovation project at the new Maserati car dealership, located at 3865 West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, New York, temporary wiring used to energize tools and equipment was not protected from damage. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
