29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket, were climbing on the edge of the basket, for a work position: a) On or about 12/19/17, at the Bill Grays/Tap Room under construction located at 1161 North Greece Road, in Greece, New York, an employee was standing on the mid rail of the boom basket of an articulating aerial lift (JLG model - 400S), while installing exterior framing. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
