29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. a) On or about 09/20/19, at the Little Theater, under renovation and located on 240 East Main Street, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not maintain an egress to the exit, free of obstructions by storing a ladder in the passageway of a stairwell. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
