29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) On or about April 17, 2015 the wall mounted electrical panels in the wrapper area were blocked by a temporary work-station stored in that area. b) On or about April 17, 2015 the wall mounted electrical panels in the back utility area were blocked by transformers positioned on the floor. c) On or about April 17, 2015 the wall mounted electrical panels in the back warehouse area were blocked by pallets and bagged materials. d) On or about April 17, 2015 the wall mounted electrical panels on the south wall in the shipping and receiving department were blocked by wooden pallet storage and miscellaneous materials.
