OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that on April 7, 2015, an employee was exposed to chemical burns on the right leg from the lower thigh to ankle from an open, half-full, four-liter beaker of Hydrofluoric (HF) acid placed on the back edge of a electroplating rinse tank on the nickel line.
