29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, construction materials and all other debris were not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. (a) Dusit Thani Hotel, First Floor Ground Level In Front of Kitchen Entrance Area: A path of exit route was partially blocked with wooden pallet, metal scaffolding, and construction materials. The narrowest part of the opening was measured at approximately 19 inches wide between the scaffolding and the materials.
