Employees were exposed to rotating part hazards when making tension adjustments to the conveyor belt.     b. Frozen Specialties, Inc. - Archbold, OH: On or about April 16, 2016, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from the in-running nip points created where the north line processing transfer conveyor belt passes under a horizontal rotating shaft at the beginning of the transfer and again when the belt passes over a horizontal rotating shaft.
