29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about April 22, 2015 at a temporary jobsite located at or near 3117 Greenfield Dr, Bryant, AR 72022, employees repairing roofs and replacing roof shingles were not protected from fall hazards while working from the roof top that was 6 feet or more above lower levels.
