29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: The Angelo Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 615199, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 23, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6124 Northmoor Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204. The employer did not ensure that each employee working and walking on steep roof, with unprotected sides and edges of the roof, were provided personal fall arrest systems or other fall protection systems; exposing employees to the hazards of falls from an elevation of approximately 21 feet.
