This violation was observed on or about February 10, 2016 at 509 Pleasant Valley Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, where employees were working at heights greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work without fall protection.     Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees are protected from falls while performing roofing work.    Angelo Roofing was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1061614, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2501-2617 S. Main Street, Little Rock, Arkansas.
