29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a). On or about April 22, 2015, 4 employees performing decking work were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measures, (1) The employer failed to satisfy the section 501(b)(13) requirements, and (2) failed to prove infeasibility/greater hazard and/or failed to develop and implement a satisfactory fall protection plan under 1926.502(k). The employees were exposed to a 40-foot fall hazard
