29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about April 29, 2015, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing roofing removal and paper installation on an elevated surface, without means of conventional fall protection. PLEASE NOTE THAT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED. Lido Holding, Inc. Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982877, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 9, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2801 N Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. Lido Holding, Inc. Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316325976, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 7500 Nw 4th Place, Margate, FL 33063.
