29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) For employees working at 28812 Winthrop Circle in Bonita Springs, as observed on or about February 12, 2019. Employees were observed installing roofing tiles of a 5:12 pitch roof without the use of a personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to an approximate fall height of 13 feet.    The Campany Roof Maintenance was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1311829, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/15/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2240 N. Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, FL, 33062.  The Campany Roof Maintenance was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059078, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/09/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1436 Harbour Point Drive, West Palm Beach, FL, 33407.
