Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:    On or about April 26, 2015, on the top of the building under construction, employees were applying tar without the use of fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.      The Campany Roof Maintenance was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059078, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/09/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1436 Harbour Point Drive, West Palm Beach, FL, 33407.
