29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:    On or about April 26, 2015, on the top of the building under construction, employees were applying tar without the use of fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.      The Campany Roof Maintenance was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059078, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/09/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1436 Harbour Point Drive, West Palm Beach, FL, 33407.
