29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Saenz Roofing, Inc. at 153 Sundance Dr., Grand Junction, CO 81503: On or before March 9, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees removing and installing shingles on a two-story residential home, with a roof slope of 4.5-in-12, did not utilize a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9, 16 and 20 feet.
